
Booking with Maddy
Please ensure you read the following policies and pre-appointment guidelines prior to booking your appointment!
How to book your appointment

Appointments can be made through our online booking link

If you don't see a time and date that works for you feel free to add yourself to our waitlist, and you will be notified if a slot opens up.

Enter a valid credit card to secure your spot (this will only be charged if any polices are violated)

You will receive a confirmation text message 3 days prior to your appointment, please confirm your presence that way Maddy knows you will be at your appointment

Review the pre-appointment guidelines and ensure you arrive to your appointment on time
How to secure your appointment
-
A credit card on file will be required to secure an appointment. The card on file will be charged ONLY IF the client fails to comply with MADEFORYOUBEAUTY's cancellation/late/no-show policy. Once you have booked your appointment it will be under review by Maddy. Once accepted you will receive an email and SMS message informing you that it's been accepted.

If you have booked an appointment directly through me, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment. If you fail to comply with MADEFORYOUBEAUTY's cancellation/no-show policy your deposit will be forfeited.
No Show Policy

No shows will not be tolerated, your card will be charged an automatic cancellation fee, and you will no longer be able to book with us.
Cancellation Policy

If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment date. If you fail to give sufficient notice, you will be required to pay a 50% fee of the booked service.
Late Policy

If you are running late, you will be given a 10 minute grace period. If that 10 minute grace period has been exceeded without proper communication with Maddy, your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled. The card on file will be charged the cancellation fee of the service. We understand that emergencies happen, please communicate with Maddy to work something out.
Refunds

MADEFORYOUBEAUTY DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. You are paying for my time and products that are being used during your service, this essentially cannot be refunded.
Now that you've booked your appointment, what next?

After booking your appointment it will be reviewed by Maddy, once accepted you will receive an email with all details for your appointment.

Three days prior to your appointment you'll receive a confirmation message via SMS, please confirm your appointment as this will let Maddy know that you will be at your appointment.

Pre-Appointment Guidelines
Please ensure that you follow these pre-appointment guidelines in order to achieve the best results.
Lash Extensions
-
Please arrive at your appointment makeup-free.

Please avoid wearing mascara and/or curling your lashes 2 days prior to your lash appointment.

Please avoid having any type of caffeine prior to your appointment, this can cause your eyes to flutter which may cause trouble with proper application of the lash extension to the natural lash; as well as proper isolation of the natural lashes.

It is recommended that you do not wear contact lenses as it can cause irritation during your lash appointment, please bring your contact lense case or wear glasses to your appointment.
Lash Lifts

Please arrive to your appointment makeup-free

Avoid curling your lashes at least one week prior to your appointment

Please stop wearing mascara at least three days prior to your appointment
Brow Services
-
Avoid using any retinoids, vitamin A, acne medications, or any other skin thinning treatments at least 3 weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid waxing, trimming or tweezing your brows in between appointments, it may affect the result of your service.

Shower and/or Gym prior to your appointment as you cannot get your brows wet 24 hours post-service.
